"Although our first night was spoiled because our room was booked next to a married family and friends whom talked/laughed and were very loud and obnoxious between 3:30am until 8am despite staff asking them to keep it quiet in the early hours. However, as soon as staff became aware of the problem they jumped on it and tried their best to help us. The manager apologized and was very kind and friendly.
