"Worst experience ever, I booked and paid online but when I reached the property they said they let someone else to stay and can't make them leave, so asked me to go and find different property for that night and ask me to come back and stay next day, my family and kids all are left in the street. "We liked this place a lot. The staff were exceptional. The hotel is away from the centre of Kandy, about 10 minute walk around the lake, which we preferred. There are nice places to eat locally. The breakfast at the hotel was great. Would stay here again."
