"Definitely will stay again. Love the spacious room. The full kitchen and the in-unit washer & dryer are awesome must-haves. Also, can't beat the free and easy parking (yay, no valet!). Front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made great dining recommendations. Would love to see the property upgrade its flatscreen TVs to Smart TVs so I can stream movies and shows via apps like Netflix, Prime, etc. I made due with my iPad. "Big island retreat is located in a super quiet and beautiful area near the shore. Our guest room (orchid) was clean and spacious with a partial sea view, and our check in was very convenient. Two minor downsides: 1) there was no shampoo and bodywash in the room, but the onwer immediately brought a shampoo as we messaged her. 2) Utensils in the dining area were not very clean and there was still tea stains on the cups.
