"This is our second time at this hotel, and I'd say the overall experience was even better than first time. That said, there were some hiccups. Positives first: * Really nice upgrade to the previous gym. All gear is new and very good. You cant have an excuse not being able to train. * Very easy parking. * Safe and quiet area - it was lovely change for normally loud environment that you get in super touristy places. * They have improved their organization around towels and pool service overall. Good job. * Room was nice with good view (oceanfront). * Very friendly and helpful staff - from front desk to pool service and room service. Everyone were nice and cheerful. Few improvement areas: * During busy hours it was struggle to get hot water from the shower or sink. * Only 1 restaurant with very expensive prices. Unfortunately, this time around we felt that drinks quality has gone down. Food was OK but not as amazing as we had in the spring. That said, Christmas buffet was very good and forth the money. * Service in restaurant and pool bar was often slow - we waited once 1 hour from sitting to until we got our burgers (during lunch). "

"We enjoyed our stay here. The property itself is located conveniently off the main road. About a mile in each direction, north and south are beaches, shopping and dining. We had teenagers with us and they loved that freedom and convenience of walking to these activities. The Check-In process was easy enough. We booked two units and requested to be together. They couldn't place us in the same unit (it's a duplex condo design) but accommodated us by placing us near each other. The bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms were all clean, spacious and cozy. The Hawaiian island decor was charming and as our teenagers said, "it's a vibe", translated as awesome 👌. The front desk customer service was excellent. I can't recall names, but the "aunties" and "uncles" were always kind and helpful. Overall, ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars from us. We would definitely book here again."

"Oceanfront 4th floor 1 BR facing (west) the ocean provided amazing views. The comfortable balcony was perfect for breakfast with crashing surf and enjoying evening sunsets. Clean, comfortable, all necessary amenities. Quick, efficient responses with aloha to our requests. Lovely, well maintained grounds. Mahalo for a wonderful 2 weeks. "
