"It was good overall. We stayed 10 nights. Fresh sheets and towels were left at our door after 5 days. The bed was comfortable. When we arrived, we found that 2 towels had fallen into the toilet from the shelf above. There were still extra towels, so not too bad. The walls, ceiling, cupboards, and bathroom in our room (#2) are all a bright yellow. It was not to our taste. "Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"The island of palomino was great. The room we stood at could have been cleaner, the bathroom was a little dirty. There was also a HOT water shut down causing The water to be filthy in which we cleaned the tub and bathroom sink ourself THAT WAS 4 HRS ALONE.
