"Front desk very hospitable and took great care of me "

"The staff was very kind, courteous, and friendly. We frequently dealt with Bellman Carlos and bartender/server Ramon who were awesome to speak with. The property location was interesting because despite the clouds over the relatively close rainforest, the sun consistently found itself over the property. Conveniently located near popular local business and locations. Would definitely visit again. One small takeaway was we might have asked for a different room when we arrived - we found some undesirable spots in the room. This didn’t take much away from our overall experience. "

"We arrived before the 4 PM check-in time and were allowed to leave our suitcases until our room was ready. We could also start using the facilities, including the pool and dining areas. Jasmarie and Albert at the front desk were very polite and accommodating. However, the rest of the staff were unfriendly. After wearing the paper bracelet for several days throughout the pool, beach, excursions, and showers, it disintegrated and fell off. I immediately went to the front desk to request a new one for my six-year-old, but a staff member, speaking in a rude tone, tried to charge me $40 for a paper bracelet that had fallen off my daughter. The staff member explained that it was important not to lose the bracelet because it granted access to all the amenities, including the pool and breakfast, which I had already paid for in advance. Additionally, if they want the bracelet to last through five days of chlorine in the pool and beach activities, they should consider using plastic ones like other hotels do. The dining options included fast food and other restaurants choices. Food was good and within walking distance, with reasonable prices from 5:30 to 7 PM. Each room was allowed two complimentary happy hour drinks per adult. The pool staff was friendly and kept the area clean The area at the beach that provides chairs towel ams umbrella’s free of charge. The man immediately let me know that this was a courtesy.That big plus for me and my family. My baby hates the sun and sand. "

"This is a beautiful quiet property. They do charge a resort fee and charge for parking. I had an ocean front room with balcony. Staff was nice and answered all my questions. "

"This property is fantastic! The area is quiet and there are options for dining and some shopping; totally walkable. Beautiful building which I believe is historic and relatively far from other crowded beaches although there is not a good access to swim on its own beach it is very rocky. The service is impeccable. Highly recommended."
