"Very nice, comfortable hotel! Wonderful features and amenities! Loved the complimentary drinks in refrig and crackers everyday - such a very nice touch! Shopping and restaurants close by - everything within walking distance! Highly recommend!!! Nice to stay at least three days on Jeju Island!"

"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. There were bottles of water in the fridge, power cables to charge phones, coffee and tea. "

"Two downside. Staff is not well converse in English.. they did not try to understand my needs and just say no to all my questions (I have tried to use google translate to communicate). Second thing would be the floor and room inside stink terribly with tobacco smell. Other things were fine."

"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "
