"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

The counter hadn’t been cleaned, trash under the couch cushion, trash on the balcony, urine on the toilet, and the glasses we obviously not cleaned well. Also, the toiletries were a big bottle of used soap and tooth paste. "

"Staff were excellent and were very helpful in assisting us especially on our transportation needs. The rooms are all very spacious and clean. However, basic toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpastes were provided in the room but then you have to pay extra upon checkout if they were used and utilized during your stay which wasn’t explained to us at check in. Overall the stay was great. "

"The resort is in a beautiful location with great views of the ocean. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities provided were very good. In the evening we enjoyed live entertainment - it was a lot of fun. "
