"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

I must be sensitive to strong air fresheners but I think it was to mask cigarette smoke from the casino. We booked a suite with two king size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. "The family room is very spacious with a large long table. It is reasonably clean and very comfortable. As we were travelling in a group of 7 senior citizens, the service staff singly carried our luggage to the 2nd floor as there is no lift available. Worth to mentioned that each luggage weight not less than 17 kg. The surrounding is beautiful and serene, garden well maintained. "
