"Great location with views of the ocean. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms were spacious fully equipped with a full frig, microwave, stove. Meals at the restaurant was excellent with fresh local ingredients. Hot spring baths was very clean not crowded. "

"ペット同伴可の部屋に宿泊しました。 ある程度覚悟はしていたものの、やはり汚れは気になりました。 ビニールの畳は歴年の汚れが付着していて、持参したウェットティッシュで拭き掃除をしたところ0.5畳でウェットティッシュ一枚が真っ黒になるレベル。それでも拭ききれませんでした。 自然の中の立地のため、虫が多いです。 大浴場にムカデがいました。客室内には7センチくらいの蜘蛛、プライベートドッグランのウッドデッキには沢山の小さなゴキブリがいました。苦手な人はキツイかも。そのため、客室には殺虫スプレーがあった。 敷き布団には黄色っぽいしみが。。。 アメニティは充実していた。"

"直前の予約でしたので、数ヶ月前からペット専用ホテルに変わっているのを知りませんでしたが、毛が気になることもなく過ごせました。 部屋からは海や朝日が見れます。 オートロックでない、トイレ共用、大浴場はだいぶ小ぶりでしたが、スタッフさんは対応がよかったです。 駐車場からホテル入り口が階段が必ずあるのが少しだけウィークポイントです。全7部屋程度なのでサービスもいきとどいていたかと思います。"
