忘れ物をしたのに、その日に連絡が無く、数日後に気づいて連絡したら数時間経ってから見つかったとの連絡がらあり、配送料を請求されました。チェックアウトした日に連絡くれれば、取りに行けて郵送してもらわずに済んだので、忘れ物をした自分達も悪いですが、アフターチェックもしてもらいたかったです。

部屋の換気口から悪臭がして、食事やお風呂から戻ると部屋中その匂いが充満してひどかった。お風呂は一部の内風呂が使用できなかったため、露天風呂に入るしかなく、大勢が入っている露店風呂ではせっかくの絶景もゆっくり見られず残念だった。ビュッフェの料理は、食べきれないほどの種類があり大満足だったが、長い行列ができていて時間が限られている中で諦めるものもあった。

ブュッフェ形式の食事でしたが会場が広く人数が多過ぎて食事を取りに行く際、並ばなければならずかなりの時間を要した。人数制限するか、料理の提供箇所を増やしてほしい。席に戻る頃には取った料理が冷めてしまい残念でした。

老舗のアカオさんが本当におもてなしを尽くしているのを感じられます。お食事のバイキングは、地のモノが食べられとても楽しかった。ぜひまた行きたいです✋
