"The property was quaint and filled with beautiful artwork, the fireplace in the main room was welcoming and comforting. They provided cookies, coffee, tea, and water which was a warm touch of hospitality. The room was spacious and bed comfortable and good shower pressure. I just wish the balcony was bigger with a different view. We had the parking lot view. Would still recommend to friends and family."

"This was our first time staying at this hotel. When my husband attended the game/comic con in Ithaca, we chose this place, and I was very satisfied with it. Ithaca is not a big town, so while the hotel is outside the downtown area, it’s still close to everything, especially the campus. There’s a P&C Market and Collegetown Bagels next to the hotel. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The fireplace was a nice bonus."

"Overall, not a bad place. The rooms are a little dated and could use maybe a remodel. The waterpark is not very big, but it is quite fun. Great slides, nice wave pool and the outdoor pool with indoor access is a nice touch, though I wish it was a tad warmer. Great indoor/outdoor hot tub! Room had a decent dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator. The Murphy bed was actually pretty comfortable. So, all in all a nice place. "

"Overall room was ok but baseboards needs some attention, and bathroom floor had long hair on it , this was our second time staying at the his location we decided to do a day trip and stay overnight but overall we enjoy the location, the breakfast selection was good they even accommodated us by preparing turkey breakfast sausage being that we dont eat pork. Would definitely visit again."
