"Nice resort, although we were surpised at the number of smokers at the lobby entrance and on the beach chairs. "

"We loved the property, the location was not bad, we would have preferred the bell staff to deliver our luggage to the room which was upstairs on arrival. Also when we departed we had to carry our bags to reception, not bad but would have preferred them to be picked up. Next would be the greeting no one greeted us unless we were going to eat int he restaurant, maybe we are spoiled because we are used to people whomever they are and whatever their position would at least greet us with a hello....

"We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the hotel. Attentive staff, peaceful location, very clean facilities. With all inclusive stay we didn’t go anywhere else and enjoyed high quality food and drinks in the hotel. You’ll be in love with Holbox after staying at HM Palapas!"

"I loved everything about this place. Food and Drinks were incredible. Staff was warm and kind. My only complaint would be the availability of lounge chairs/beds on the beach. People would save them at breakfast or during the day leave things to keep them. This should be monitored or you should have extra chairs to bring out if this happens."

"I enjoyed the location of this hotel, very walkable to downtown but just far enough to be quiet from the downtown parties. The only slight downfall for the hotel is kids noise level in the morning at the pool. Our room was very close to the pool and it sounded like they were in our room."

"The space was perfect and beautiful for our family stay. Breakfast included was delicious. We thought it was a continental type breakfast but no. This is a full cooked to order meal. Staff was great, they went out of their way to help us. The beach access is great and the pool is nice too. "
