"We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy."

"We really enjoyed Rincon of the Seas. My wife and I travelled there for a quick getaway. The property was located on the beach with a nice pool bar and restaurant. Our visit was in June, which is off-season. The vibe was mellow and visitors were a mix of islanders and people from the states. The property is located just south of Rincon; we had a rental car, but walked to town on a daily basis. A super market is a short distance and easily accessible. The staff was friendly & helpful. We would definitely return for another visit."
