Stayed in the beach front family villa - Positives: literal steps from the beach, nice front porch. Breakfast restaurant was good, staff was great there. “Private” beach feel. Not so positives: Felt more like a Vrbo rental than a pricey hotel condo. Was hoping for more regular cleaning than every 3 days. We wished the hotel offered at least coffee and water/ the bare necessities, daily. We had to lug cases of water to our villa and even buy coffee filters. Requested filters and garbage bags from reception a few times and they never brought them to us. No phone in the villa to call reception. Bar staff and pool bar restaurant were slow and standoff-ish, like you were bothering them. Pricey food. Noise echos a lot, especially if you have loud neighbors. Beach chairs are hard and uncomfortable.

Really loved the location, as it's located just down the street from a ton of food trucks. Some of the best food choices around! Hotel food was very good too. I appreciated the volume of pool music was on the below side. Drives me crazy when I go on vacation and try to relax by a pool blaring club music non-stop.

Resort was really nice loved the pool and beach Staff were friendly and accommodating Room was nice but no microwave which is necessary due to every where you eat there is a lot of food to bring back with you also no laundry facilities on the resort you have to use the laundromat on 115 and it was very expensive but overall I loved it

Esperaba mejores condiciones
Demasiado caro y no ofrecen nada de cortesía. El cuarto tenía cucarachas pequeñas,, el ascensor es viejísimo y en ocasiones no quería abrir, los cristales del balcón están agrietados, el piso siempre se mantuvo mojado por el aire acondicionado y las puertas no cierran con facilidad. Cobran un fee extra extremadamente alto por mascotas.

Place was very clean and maintained. Staff were friendly. We saw work being done which is good, just would have be nice to know that it was next door. But overall good trip. Would definately come back and I’m sure it will be even better next time. Maybe will try a villa
