Lovely beach side location. Staff very nice. Amazing views & things to do nearby. After reading reviews from other travelers, we were almost scared to use the towels! Or leave a dirty coffee cup in the room (a $25 charge). It seems like if they’re concerned about the towels getting dirty then they should leave make up remover sheets &/or beach towels in the room. And also a way to dry the dishes one gets “dirty.”

Bella Surf, as advertised, is right on the beach. There are stairs behind the property you can used to access the beach. Unfortunately, they do not clear the area at the base of the stairs so you have to navigate large pieces of drift wood and trash. The swimable portion of the beach with decent eats and surf class options is about .6 miles from the hotel. You can also walk on the street to that option of the beach - but you are walking on the street navigating parked cars, damaged tar, driving cars, and other walkers. Despite all of this, it is a great location. The hotel advertises washer and dryer and there is one on the map photo. We were told there was no washer and dryer. There are two “jacuzzis” - standard above ground hot tubs for use but the water is not hot. We were there for two days and experienced warm water in the room for about 30 minutes so don’t plan for a hot shower to wash off the sand. We had a room with a bedroom with a queen bed that took up all but 10 inches in the room and a kitchen/bedroom with another queen bed. No sofa. It was advertised as having a wrap around porch. This was a less than 18” concrete space the length of the room with a three foot wall and two chairs. Not comfortable and no real view because of the wall. Probably not something to get excited about. Isabela has lovely beaches and a nice town square. The pickings are slim with and air bnb cleaning is over the top, so this place sufficed. Bella Surf over promised.

Staff when I arrived at 2 in morning was polite and didn’t had to wait long. Took me straight to the room. Everything was working and the room was clean. Right by the ocean. love waking up to the waves. Excellent service recommend this location. Will be back again.

Loved waking up to the sound of the ocean! We had a great room which faced the beach. It was so cool to simply get up and walk the beach with my husband. We actually had the beach to ourselves. What a beautiful place. I’ve been all over Puerto Rico and I have favorite places to stay all around the island. This is going to be my go to when around Jobos. Also, Jobos beach is top 5 beaches in Puerto Rico for Me and it’s within site of the hotel. I could probably get there walking in less than 10 minutes. I most definitely will be back. There’s two jacuzzis, which worked out perfectly today since the beach wasn’t great to go swimming because of the weather. The room comes with a stove, full size fridge, queen bed, balcony and ocean view.

The staff were super polite and helpful , the property is very close to restaurants that are excellent , the room was right next to the ocean and the view was spectacular, the really only complaint i had was with the room - i think they should have a small fridge and microwave in the room- which there wasnt, only one small table (nightstand) next to bed but nowhere to put your drinks or phone to charge and no comfortable chairs to sit and nowhere to store your stuff or clothes while you are there ! It was very peaceful and i felt super safe . Also please fix the door which drags on the floor each time you open it , i realize the ocean water and humidity probably swells things up but its very loud when you open the door and im sure it disturbs the other guests , but besides those few things the place is in a perfect location and i would stay again if they added those important things !
