"Extremely close to bus and train stations. Within walking distance to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Rooms are small but clean. Would stay there again due to close proximity to transportation. Did not eat there, but there are good pubs within a block of this hotel."

"A last minute booking for a night away as a family of 3. Hotel was nice, friendly staff, lovely facilities. Some staining on bedding and towels, they were fresh items, but some dried up stains. It was hard to regulate temperature in room, radiator was adjustable, and window very limited opening."

"Quick efficient check-in, room spacious and well appointed with a comfortable bed. Large shower but water flow could have been better. No solid soap supplied, only liquid from a dispenser, but this may be more eco-friendly? Staff friendly. Parking very limited, I had to park in a unofficial space beside a wall, but the hotel appeared to be full on the night I stayed so probably would be OK if the hotel was quieter."

"First room didn’t have hot water but we were moved to another room. On the second day the keycard didn’t work so we couldn’t gain access to the room. Reception staff nowhere to be found, had to get bar man to call her. I’ve stayed here multiple times and previous visits have been fine "
