"I just want to thank you for the great experience that me and my daughters had, we were very pleased with the help that we got from the gentlemen at the front desk, he help me check in at 8:30 AM on 06/28/2025 even though our room was not ready until the afternoon, but he did that for us in order to get the shuttle for Universal Studios, he was the same gentleman that helped me check out next morning and with a big smile saying thank you for staying with us, will are glad we stay there and it will be a pleasure to return again and recommend this hotel for my family and friends.
