"Staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. The property was clean and lived up to expectations. Suites were spacious and well equipped. Felt like we were in a safe welcoming environment. Well located next to icon park but far enough away from the park and highway to be troubled by noise. Would stay again. Recommend "

"First Visit to West Gate Lake resort, nice small condos, kitchen was nice and had everything i needed to make home cook meals which beats any standard hotel motel room. Property was nicely maintanced, only had an issue with the room phone not working. Would love to see a water station near building 800 so i dont have to drive to lobby at night to grab water. Other than that, was an overall nice Property and staff were nice at the front desk when i needed couple bottles of water at 1am due to...
