"It was the perfect location for exploring Seoul. I had a late check in and the lady who was there when I arrived was very accommodating and friendly. But the staff that was on duty the rest of the time were so unfriendly and didn't even say Hello when I walked past them. The room was great however and had everything I could need including a TV and air con. I would stay there again. . "

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind whenever we needed help with something. I highly recommend staying here. If I ever manage to make it back to South Korea, this is where I'll be staying!"
