"Overall great experience for what it is. Playground facilities were nice and clean and well kept. The kids club is fully outside, and most things are locked up could have been time of year that I went. There's a lot of potential to be a very cute hotel/resort when staying off Disney property. Overall for the value great experience in Victor was amazing upon check-in. "

"The grounds are incredibly magical this time of year. The entire atrium is a delight to walk through and explore. It was a bit surprising to find that the pools are not heated , rendering them too challenging for South Floridians like us. The ICE experience was a fabulous trip to “NY” in winter; at least we knew to be prepared for the cold!"

"The property was decorated beautifully. Our toilet top had a crack, but it worked. Other reviews said there was cigarette stains on the tub, I saw extra tub covering pieces. No cigarette holes, no bugs at all. Not even 1. I loved all about our little room. The lamps were adorable and the furniture was sturdy. "

"Cypress Palms Resort is a quaint get-away vacation place. We had a two-bedroom and it was clean and comfy. This is our second time staying here. I would highly recommend this place because it was a great place at an affordable price."
