I would give it 5 stars but the elevator was a problem.the hotel was full and only one elevator was working so we waited for long time on both ways. Also only one staff was at the front desk which made it hard to get things done quickly

The hotel needs serious updating. My room was smelly and the toilet tank would not fill without manual assistance. My AC rattled constantly. Only one elevator worked which caused long lines each morning and afternoon. I would not recommend staying here.

Basic accommodation. No water in the room. You will pay a fee for parking. Staff was friendly but not patient. I asked for a clarification and they just repeated the answer like I should have known. Best thing was the location, it was near the mall and many things to explore in the area. We would start again here in the future.

I travel once a month and use this hotel. Second room had a very weak AC unit. This last room had a big dent in the tub that held water. No deal breakers but seems to always be something small. Otherwise fantastic hotel.
