"We needed a place near Regatta Harbor and the price was right. This turned out to be a great find! The neighborhood looks run down but that’s old Miami. There was a pile of broken glass in the road for the two days we were there. We never felt unsafe but I wouldn’t consider it walkable. We rode our e-bikes everywhere. Lots of great stuff nearby. "Before we got there she messaged us to ensure that we had proper access. When we arrived we found a welcome gift that was amazing. We found the house to be very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner messaged us multiple times to make sure everything was in order and there was nothing we needed. Overall, very comfortable and was a home away from home. I would definitely visit again. "

"The stay in my opinion was horrible, days before the trip she said she had to switch properties because of a plumbing issue and the property I chose was not accommodating. The staff in the hotel was rude, they were painting on my floor and no wet signs were put up so I ruined an outfit. Overall the stay was not good."
