"Had to move rooms once as no TV 2nd room, wrapper found in room on radiator so unconvinced on level of clean. No headboard on the bed so sat up against the wall with the one pillow available Earliest breakfast 08:00 so despite paying with the booking was unable to get food before having to leave for work. "

"Greeting was okay, I asked for my invoice to be emailed to me and at time of writing (over 24 hours after arrival) still not received. I was in room 3 on ground floor, bed was comfortable, desk to work at in room and en-suite was okay. Window in en-suite was open but too high up to be closed. In morning when I got in shower there was no hot water from shower. The sink had hot water. When I told staff on leaving about the lack of hot water from shower, he did not seem that interested or bothered....
