"This would have been a five star rating, but the 40 minute check-in process was a disappointment. They only had 2 people working the desk on a Friday afternoon, which is probably their busiest time of the week. We loved everything else about the hotel!"

"Staff was very nice. The parking was difficult. We had a truck and wanted to valet because my husband walks with a cane. We arrived around 930 pm and were told by valet guy that we would have to park our truck in a garage three blocks away on our own. Had a hard time finding it and then my husband had to walk 3 blocks didn’t think he would make it. Then found out when we checked out the day valet said that they do valet park trucks in the same garage we had to self park. But loved everything...

"We went to a show in the bar featuring American standards (soprano and piano). Very nice atmosphere. Excellent drinks and dining. Breakfast outstanding. We’d come back anytime!"

"This is a beautiful property inside. It is very clean and staff are super nice and helpful. The main restaurant was awesome for breakfast. Valet parking was easy and they are super nice. I can’t fault them for anything really. Just a great experience all around. "

"The stay was very good other than pretty slow food service at the bar and the item we had was ok but not excellent. They were busy but I thought the artichoke dip would be a quick item. Otherwise all was great."
