"I loved everything about this little hotel. It’s in the best condition of any NYC hotel I’ve ever stayed in with charming and welcoming decor. My bed was so comfortable; I especially liked the European-style duvet covers. Climate control and Wifi worked seamlessly (not always the case with hotels). Staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is very safe and walkable with lots of dining and drink options. Highly recommended if you are in town to access the theatre district. I would happily book the Pineapple again!"

"We liked it had filtered water in the gym. We did not like it used a separate card in the elevator to get water. We liked it had walking tours. Easy check in. Overall, we would do it again"

"Pleasant spot. Room on small side, very clean, had 2 double beds, which were very comfortable, however, it would have been very squashed with 4 guests, but ok for my daughter and I. It was a bit of a challenge finding space for our suitcases. Great service from Benjamin on the front desk. Lovely cookies, even allergy friendly ones too. Centrally located, but surprisingly quiet. "
