Maricruz contacted me with all the info I needed to check in later in the evening and was helpful the next morning holding our luggage while we toured the city. Only trouble we had was with the wifi and phone signal not sure if it was because we were on the ground floor or what but overall everything was good and we would stay again! "

"It was good overall. We stayed 10 nights. Fresh sheets and towels were left at our door after 5 days. The bed was comfortable. When we arrived, we found that 2 towels had fallen into the toilet from the shelf above. There were still extra towels, so not too bad. The walls, ceiling, cupboards, and bathroom in our room (#2) are all a bright yellow. It was not to our taste. One of the bottom drawers of the “kitchen” (one wall of the bedroom) would not stay closed. That was a constant annoyance and...

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"Great location, walk to the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Our host, Cristobal Jimenez, was gracious and extremely responsive. I had trouble figuring out the remote for the AC unit and was there in five minutes! We would definitely stay there again!"

"The island of palomino was great. The room we stood at could have been cleaner, the bathroom was a little dirty. There was also a HOT water shut down causing The water to be filthy in which we cleaned the tub and bathroom sink ourself THAT WAS 4 HRS ALONE. The refrigerator was not cooling our drinks that was also an issue . But overall stay was good, there is definitely room for improvements."

"Front desk excellent customer service we was early she find the way to find a room before the check in time she provide is a beach chairs umbrella and a beach towels!!!!! She text m when the room was available!!! The only complaint I have is the strong smells the room has it like humidity!!! Beside that nothing else to complaint about "
