"Enjoyed the hotel. It can be noisy at night if you are on the lower floors. But then it is NYC! "

"The property is in a great location and easy to walk to subway, food, entertainment and shopping. Michael at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when we arrived late at night. Actually every staff member was very polite. The room was a little small, not even storage for someone who is staying 6 nights. We lived out of our luggage as there are no drawers for clothes. The bed was really comfortable. Overall a great stay. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and property. The people who work here are very accommodating. We had a couple of snafus during our stay, but they were addressed. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but overall we plan to return here. Also, management went out of their way to make my birthday and our anniversary very special! We will not forget that. Thank you very much! We will be back. "
