"Very clean, very friendly staff, loved the pool and hot tub. A on accessibility in the pool area. Unfortunately they did not have any way to lock the door from the inside. Felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. Was proved correct as a few hours before check out, room service let themselves in. They knocked first but only waited 10 seconds before opening the door. Thankfully I was dressed but I didn’t appreciate not having any way to lock the door while inside. "

"This is a nice hotel close to Alderwood mall, I-5 and 405. Plenty of shopping and food options. Also a walkable movie theater. Their breakfast was one of the best we've had. "

"Lovely property - comfortable & spacious room. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a balcony & waterfront view which I’d highly recommend for longer stays. Very peaceful looking out over the lake on a misty Seattle morning! Comfortable bed, thick & fluffy towels, and nice toiletries. "We initially thought it would be incredible noisy due to the highway out front and the train in back...but we didn't hear anything :) We do use a wsoud machine and don't think we had anyone in the rooms around us. Staff was amazingly friendly and parking plentiful. The room itself was roomy, but older and with a tiny bathroom. We loved the carb-forward grab-and-go breakfast which we ate in our room and got us through the morning! "
