"The hotels lobby is beautiful and the bar tender was very friendly and made some delicious drinks. I liked how modern the elevators felt having touch screen controls. The room was nice but a bit simple in design. The bathroom however was very beautiful with the all class counter top and having the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash was splendid. If I am ever need to stay in Tacoma again I will be staying there again if possible. "

"Property is dated but clean. Area is 5 mins from airport car rental facility. I wouldn't stay in this area again unless I just wanna be by the airport. Staff is nice, rooms are basic but clean. There were no toiletries such as shampoo but there was a bar of hand soap that I used to shower. The room heater is old and loud when it starts up but works well. "
