The receptionist we interacted with while checking in and while checking out was amazing, so beyond kind and understanding. As for the room, everything was there which was great but upon taking a shower we realized one of the towels we were given had yellow stains on it which was kind of disgusting and turned us off. the area around was ok, lots of homeless. Everytime we left the hotel at least 2 people asked/begged for money

This is within walking distance from SeaTac. They do have 24 he. Shuttle service. The bed was very comfortable. The only drawback is I was thinking there would be a full restaurant and there wasn’t. The Bistro was adequate. I plan on staying here again when I’m flying out of SeaTac.

Bed sheets had stained blood. On the bathroom door I don’t know if it was blood or poop smear. Top of curtains had a huge wet stain. I’m just happy I brought my down sanitizer wipes and spray.
