"There is nothing anywhere that tells you where everything in the hotel is. The only way you can find any information is by using your phone on a QR code which only leads you to the hotel website. Apparently there is a swimming pool in the hotel, but I couldn’t find it and there was nothing that told me where it was. Surely it would cost them very little to leave a sheet of paper saying where things are so you don’t need to waive your phone around a QR code that leads you to a website that...

"Very comfortable and cozy. Great host. Good communication and very welcoming. Access is a bit difficult if you have mobility issues but they were very accommodating to allow us to use a different access"

"Very convenient location in downtown, easy to get to all the sites by foot or transport. The staff were very friendly especially Janet at the bar who gave some great restaurant and bar recommendations. It was a safe and cosy room to come back to at the end of a winter’s day."

"We stayed here one night. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was pleasant. There was construction going on so main lobby was closed. Room was good size only complaint is the blackout drapes were missing and the replacement didn't fit the windows so the room was not dark. The area around the hotel is questionable at night so be careful and stay aware. "
