"All in all , it was ok. We made a last minute trip to Forks , WA over July 4 weekend . There wasn’t anything else available in the area , so our options were limited . It’s a roomy 5th wheel RV. It was clean and had the basic things we needed for our stay . It’s not a lux hotel , but it met our need . It was affordable and safe . It’s located in Forks so we could walk anywhere that we wanted to go . "

"I went with the hotel option it was very quiet and away from the main property. The pool was great and the room was very clean! Also, there was A/C in the room and dish... we brought our own food and propane grill, but there was a microwave and mini fridge inside the room. The front desk was hard to reach via phone, but once there they were extremely nice, helpful and informative about the property. "Very serene, beautiful setting. Just didn't work well for me not to have running water. For the rather high price of lodging, I wanted a little bit of luxury. Would be perfect for someone who prefers accommodations that are a bit more rustic. "

"The pool and hot tub were closed down for maintenance. The recreation center was closed due to vandalism. The arts and craft center had a fire and was shut down for the season. The grounds looked unkept and there was a sewer smell "
