"Since we paid for this hotel the same that we paid for a nice new hotel in Central Tokyo, I was expecting at least the basic service. The staff didn't speak any English with the exception of a lady who was called on the phone to give us basic information, but she said she was taking the day off. "This is a wonderful resort that is
family friendly
and which goes out of its way to make newcomers to Japanese culture feel welcomed to join in with traditional casual clothing and pijamas provided and instructions on how to use them. Do schedule a massage while you are here to relieve stiff muscles and stimulate circulation after a long flight. One of the best massages and facials I've had. Breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent too with a mix of traditional Japanese and western options. "
