"Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "

"Great location, but staff service can be improved. They at first assigned me a room with very poor view despite we paid for the bay view. We had to walk back down to complain about it before they are willing to switch us to another room. We even arrived earlier than check in time, so I think customer service can be improved. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price you can’t beat. Many free options if you forgot a toiletry. First off the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many options. The 3 bed room was spacious and the hotel lobby and foyer were quite big too. It’s quiet. There are shops and bakery across the street. Amazing location about 3 min walk to Train station. I was in Japan for 2 weeks, traveling throughout and definitely 5stars. "

"The lobby is very nice. The room is kind of small but has everything you need except for water. You have to buy water from the 7/11 in the lobby, but it is usually fully stocked & has everything that other 7/11s’ in japan has. Friendly staff, except for a couple of the 7/11 workers if you’re non-native to the area. Shopping center with a big food court is 1 street away"

"I like the traditional feeling of the inn. The room had lots of space and the staff was super friendly and spoke english. Two point i found negative was the fact that to be able to shower you have to reserve a slot in the osen and also you will have to walk uphill from the train station."

"Cheaper than usual, good stay. Staff had English speakers which was convenient. Proximity to Yokohama stadium may have me stay again if the price remains cheap and not inflated as usual of Japan. "
