"My room was very clean and the fact it was on the beach was a huge perk! My room did not have hot water. I advised the front desk. They said they would take care of it but when I went back after a day at the beach, the water was still cold. The hallways are dark and creepy. "It was good overall. We stayed 10 nights. Fresh sheets and towels were left at our door after 5 days. The bed was comfortable. When we arrived, we found that 2 towels had fallen into the toilet from the shelf above. There were still extra towels, so not too bad. The walls, ceiling, cupboards, and bathroom in our room (#2) are all a bright yellow. It was not to our taste. "Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "
