"We were bummed some of the areas were closed and the pool heater wasn' working. It wasnt clear how trash and housekeeping worked and had to figure it out and ask as we went rather than explain up front. "

"This is a property with many apartment buildings in a nice area of good view. I like the deck on the lake side and I can sit on the water side to relax. However, the buildings look old maybe due to too many floodings from Hurricanes. My studio had a good kitchen, but I only stayed one night with no chance to use it. I did not take a shower as no water came out. "

"The room was clean. There is a decent restaurant at the property. I hated that there wasn't free wi-fi in the rooms. The area around the property is pretty sketchy, but the property is gated."

"Our stay was fine but the communication of construction and no use of the outdoor pool/splash pad was poor. I wasn’t notified until 2 weeks before with zero chance of a Full refund, they did give me $120 credit. Originally they said i wasn’t going to be able to use our balcony as well, but our room was on the side of the building and we could use it. The condo was comfy but definitely needs some repairs/updating. Sink faucet was very loose, missing baseboards, lots of little things to make it...

"Nice hotel right in the middle of the french quarter. Walking distance to St Louis Cathedral and cade du monde. Right off bourbon street. A little dated but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, you could not hear any noise coming from bourbon street. "

"It was a get a away to celebrate my birthday for Xmas. It was around everything. Canal Street was at the corner and Bourbon St on the next block. French Quarter- Market walk was 30 mins. Valet Parking was best $40 a day. CVS is on the corner of hotel, along with Smoothie King and Subway.Liquor shop across the street, praline shop 2 min walk, and one across the street "
