"I’ve been to this hotel several times for events at Bon Secours arena and just to visit downtown and everything has been great every time. If I had to nitpick, it would be like most hotels, the pillows. I can’t seem to ever get any that don’t go flat. The rooms are clean and modern and the desk staff has always been great. "
