"Loved that the bathroom had grab bars at toilet and around shower. Both of us need that extra assistance for safety. Bed was fairly comfortable. Only issues - unable to adjust the a/c in the front room, thermostat not working - probably needed battery. The attendant on duty came and adjusted a/c for us. Also, TV remote in the main room was not working properly, it was very difficult to change channels - perhaps it was the battery in the remote as well. "
