The resort exceeded all of our expectations from the delicious food options to the fun, engaging entertainment throughout the day and night. What truly made our experience unforgettable was our incredible butler Gorge (Lelus). He went above and beyond to make us feel at home and taken care of every step of the way. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made a huge difference in our stay. We highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to return!"

"I loved the stay, the only thing I would say is the food is over priced. Check around the area for food options. El Hamburger was great, 10 minute walk and the new reef is excellent about a 20 min drive. "

"The only thing we didn't like is the “resort credit.” It was not fully outlined as in detail to how it works and technically it is not a “resort credit” but coupons that could be used towards services making it discounted. We had a $654 “resort credit” that we were not able to truly enjoy and it was one reason why we had chosen this resort. Please outline the criteria a lot better to explain that it is not a “resort credit” but credit that is ultimately allocated as coupons off certain amenities at the resort. I would hate for other guests to be deceived or fouled thinking it’s an actual resort credit that could be used at the gift shop, spa and/or etc. Please be warned that once again it is money that is allocated toward a coupon off a service. Other than that the resort was amazing and staff was very friendly "
