"This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. "The cleaningness of the bedrooms and bedding. The staff was ever so friendly. It's so quiet there in low season. I fall asleep listening to the waves every night. The swimming pool is amazing. Kitchen facilities that you can't fault."

"Great location. Moved from 1st property which was unsuitable to 2nd property which was great location. No issues with move at all. Bathroom and kitchen could do with upgrade but not critical. Cleaning service excellent. "

"We had a lovely week here, there was a small problem with water supply on NewYears eve(not the fault of the hotel as it materialised) but it was sorted out quickly. Julia was a lovely host. There are amazing sunrises every morning which can be seen from the balcony and it easy to get on to the beach to do the amazing walk to Maspalomas. Thanks Julia x"
