"Japanese style room with beautiful view. The room and hotel are clean and quiet. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had great options. Dinner had a wide variety of high quality and delicious selections. We were able to arrange to have our luggage sent to our next location for a very good price. There is also a free shuttle to the train station which is extremely convenient. Would highly recommend! "

"The property was very close to Gotemba station. They also offered free curry rice the evening I arrived. The front desk offered to hold luggage for up to two days for travelers who plan to hike Mount Fuji. "
