All the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for everything. The breakfast was filling and tasty. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast is atrocious and very limited. We went the first day but it was horrendous and very limited. We left and went every morning elsewhere. The rooms are extremely noisy from the hallway to people above you. The roof top pool does not get cleaned regularly and was very cloudy with lots of algae bloom. Roof top deck is decent but get busy after 3pm. Cleaning ladies do a good job of cleaning but we had to constantly request regular coffee. The big positive is the location - it’s a 5 min walk to 5th ave. For a place to sleep it ok but bring earplugs.

It was ok for a night, nothing really bad, but nothing great either. Furniture was a bit beat up worn. The bed was comfortable though, so that's good. Our room wasn't ready at check in time and we got another room which was on the noisy street side. There was a gap in the slider door so it was quite noisy, which is why we originally requested a quiet side of building. Room should be ready by 3 pm check in. Also lots of "security measures" like signing for your pool towel, which is a bit over the top, but not a dealbreaker. Breakfast menu was limited and coffee quite watery. Just an average stay. It was adequate for our 1 day passing through needs.

Upon arrival it was so great. We were greeted by the friendly staff. However, the safe in the room was not working and we were told it would be fixed. After 2 times that we communicated nothing was ever done. Beware when breakfast say until 10 its literally at 10.

The area was excellent, too many restaurants, my only concern is about the staff not being too friendly, not the best customer service. The rooms need some improvements, we had some issues with the toilet not working properly, we notified the front desk, the problem was not fixed right, it happened again. The safe didn't work. Overall it was a good stay.
