"We loved the little bungalow we stayed in for one night. We booked it because it was close to the Porto airport and perfect for a short stay. The bonus was how close to the Ocean it was and the great caliber of the restaurants on the shore. The only difficult part was check-in. The receptionist was surly and ignored us for 25 minutes, without acknowledgng us at the front desk, while she was on a phone call. Cute spot and very convenient."

Everything seemed upscale, and communication with the hotel was easy (make sure you contact them ahead of your arrival since there is no front desk).
