I stayed for 3 nights at the end of my Japan trip. I stayed in a premium room so my experience was good as it meant lounge access with tea in the afternoon, drinks in the evening and free sauna/onsen use. I’d recommend going for that option

The staff barely speak English. The pool costs 1500 Yen a person for one hour and you need a bathin cap. Where is the game room?

We had an exceptional experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel's location is a major plus, with easy access to transportation options that made getting around the city a breeze. Additionally, there's a grocery store within walking distance, which was very convenient. Situated in a central location, ANA Crowne Osaka, is perfect for exploring the surrounding attractions. Good location for walking the city!
A very nice hotel in a good location. The room was a bit compact but they did a good job of maximizing the space and making use of every inch of it! The customer service was very good. We stayed on the club level and had access to the lounge for afternoon tea and Happy Hour. The food was average and a bit repetitive during our stay but the staff was very friendly and helpful.
