"An amazing stay with stellar service! Phil at the front desk was friendly, professional, and made a somewhat complicated situation turn out for the best. Loved our room with a stunning view of Parliament Hill. Enjoyed lunch on the terrace overlooking Parliament and the Rideau canal, and the coffee at the Cafe was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The location could not have been more perfect. I wish we could have stayed longer and can’t wait to go back again sometime."
