It was easy to check in, staff were very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are very spacious . Parking is charged, which was a surprise. 10/15 mins drive to almost all places including US Embassy.

It was a very comfortable hotel. We were there with a group and some were on different floors. We did get lost as there were different elevators to different floors. Only wish that parking was free.

Got upgraded to a very large suite with a dining area, living room with two couches, full kitchen, a very nice bathroom and a very large bedroom without asking. In the future when I come to Ottawa, I will always book this hotel. There are too many amenities on site to talk about. The staff is amazing. The location is amazing. Perfect trip.
