"The service was excellent, and was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel for an end-of-the-year company party, and while there were several positive aspects, a few inconveniences impacted my overall experience. The good: The hotel room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The bad: Several issues impacted my stay. The coffee machine was dirty, with dust and hair in the reservoir, requiring me to clean it before use. The iron had burn marks from previous guests, and I had to wait 20 minutes for a replacement. The ironing board smelled unpleasant and transferred odor to my clothes. The shower took too long to heat up and never got hot enough. The TV lacked streaming options, and there was no way to add services like Netflix or Prime. One of the windows couldn’t be opened, limiting fresh air. The swimming pool was a letdown. The changing room was far from the pool, requiring a trek through a gym and cold hallway, and no bathrobe was provided. The pool itself had overly salty, lukewarm water, making it feel more like a budget hotel pool. Overall, while the room was clean, and the convention center well-equipped, issues with cleanliness, amenities, and the pool affected my stay. I hope the hotel addresses these to improve future guest experiences. "

"The room was updated, large, beds and bedding comfortable. Lots of plugs and the shower and bath were great (shorter bath tub for ease of entry and when using). Breakfast was good, check in and out easy, lots of free parking and near restaurants and major streets. Could have used a fan in the bathroom and the fan in the room was a bit complicated to use. Otherwise no complaints and would definitely stay here again."

"Nice suburban hotel, close to the highway, shopping, Canadian Tire Center (we came to Ottawa for a hockey game.) Very good breakfast buffet. Bar available at night (except Sundays.) Staff sometimes not available at desk for questions."

"Our trip was an emergency one, to see our daughter after she was hit by a car, in a hit and run incident. Her car was badly damaged and although she was physically ok, we wanted to see how she was mentally. We stayed at this hotel because it is close to her home, and we've been there before. As usual, there were no bad surprises. Breakfast was lovely too. Parking is safe, and free."
