"We liked how convenient this was to the train station and the Metro. The staff was absolutely wonderful. They kept our bags safe for us for a couple of hours after checkout. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. "The hotel was beautifully designed! The room was spacious and bright. The Japans bathtub is a life saver after walking kilometres all day around Paris. The only area of improvement would be the wash the floors more often. They laminate was quite dirty. The staff were not very friendly with the exception of Jennie, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Overall 9/10 for our 10 day stay at Hotel de Nell. "
