"Great stay as always "

"Such a really cool hotel , but if your staying here for the balcony view , you have to get a room that is on the Eiffel Tower side , if you get a “garden “ view , it’s nothing more than some bushes and a little grass . There was no way of seeing the Eiffel Tower from the hotel other than the rooms that faced it. The “rooftop “ is closed for construction and you can’t go there . "

"Not my first time in Paris and I enjoy staying away from touristic areas. Hotel Mareuil is perfectly located to still go to all the sites but explore great neighborhoods too. Despite being off a busy road, rooms are quiet. Rooms are clean, tasteful, modern and efficient (though all Paris hotel bathrooms can seem small to Americans). Staff very helpful and kind. Did not take breakfast but great boulangerie Utopie a block away. "

"Hotel staff were really helpful and friendly except the one bar/restaurant staff. Would be ideal if the hotel had a waiting area for guests. My elderly parents were waiting for our transfer to the airport and had a sandwich. I understand it’s policy for us to not consume outside food in a restaurant but we did not know/expect the entire lobby to be part of the restaurant/bar/cafe. Were promptly told to eat outside or in our rooms, so I bought a tea to stay seated and told my parents packed their...

"I always stay at Hotel Fabric while in Paris. Staff is helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Location is great and very walkable neighborhood. Rooms are functional and linens and bedding is very comfortable. "
